DEFINITIONS:
- “We,” “us,” “our,” and “personnel” refer to DMA Performance Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10404284, with its registered office at Unit 2, Ridley Road, Burnt Mills Industrial Estate, Basildon, SS13 1EG.
- “Work,” “works,” and “labour” refer to servicing, repair, or other work detailed on your invoice, estimate, or agreed upon in writing.
- “Parts,” “goods,” “products,” and “items” refer to goods or parts supplied by us, whether independently or alongside work.
- “You,” “your,” “the user,” “the customer,” and “the driver” refer to the individual using our services or website.
PAYMENT:
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit, MasterCard Debit, Switch debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and American Express.
- Bank transfers are accepted; please contact us for bank details.
- Cash payments are accepted. Cheques are not accepted.
PRICING:
- Prices are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.
WEBSITE DISCLAIMER:
- Information on this website is for general guidance only. We strive for accuracy but make no warranties regarding performance figures, reliability, or suitability. Use of this information is at your own risk.
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss, arising from the use of this website or linked sites.
MECHANICAL COVER:
- We accept no liability for mechanical failure due to performance tuning. Increased stresses may highlight existing weaknesses in components, including turbos and clutches. Customers accept this risk.
SOFTWARE WARRANTY:
- A lifetime warranty is provided on our software for bugs, corruption, or required updates. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
RETURNS POLICY:
- Notify us within 7 working days of delivery to initiate a return. A Returns Notice Number is required.
- Used or fitted parts are non-returnable. We do not cover return postage costs.
- Goods returned within 14 days are eligible for a full refund. Returns after 14 days incur a 20% handling fee. No returns accepted after 28 days.
- Incorrectly supplied goods must be returned in resaleable condition within 28 days for a full refund.
PERFORMANCE TUNING:
- Performance enhancements may stress engine components. Customers must determine vehicle suitability for tuning. We are not liable for accidents, faults, or damages resulting from enhanced performance.
DYNAMOMETER USE:
- Customers must ensure tyres and vehicle condition are suitable for dynamometer testing. We are not liable for any damage caused during testing. Additional fees apply for cleaning and repairs due to leaks or failures.
DPF DELETION:
- Customers acknowledge that DPF removal is legal but driving without a DPF is illegal. Our liability is limited to the removal process and ECU modifications. Additional work is chargeable.
CONSUMER RIGHTS:
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other relevant UK legislation.
GENERAL TERMS:
- Estimates are provisional and may change due to parts or additional work required.
- VAT is charged at the applicable rate.
- We reserve the right to refuse work that compromises vehicle safety.
- Vehicles must be collected upon completion. Storage charges may apply after notice.
- Payment is required in full before vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed.
- We hold a lien over vehicles until payment is made.
- Uncollected goods may be sold under the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.
- Subcontracting may occur for certain services.
- Replaced parts become our property unless requested otherwise in advance.
- Paintwork is not guaranteed against rust or perfect colour matching.
- We are not liable for delays due to external factors.
- Personal items left in vehicles are the customer’s responsibility.
- Repair work is guaranteed for three months or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
MISCELLANEOUS:
- Damaged or missing items must be reported promptly.
- All returned items must be in original, resaleable condition.
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
- Old parts left with us will be disposed of after 5 business days.
- Hazardous waste disposal fees may apply.
